Sales Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Skybirds Express Cargo Services LLC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualifications:

• Possess an existing portfolio [Should be able to provide]
• Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B sales and account management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
• Immediate joiners preferred
